A deposit will be required via invoice that I send through xhuntphotography.com. All card payments will be accepted. Cash payments will be accepted but are highly discouraged. Final payment must be presented at the beginning of your photoshoot.

Being on time is very important! I will provide a fifteen minute grace period. If there is no communication of a possible late arrival outside of this window, I will be forced to charge a $15 late fee. Not showing up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time will result in the cancellation of the photoshoot and you will be charged for the full service.

All bookings require a 25 percent deposit to secure your photoshoot. This will be used toward the total price of services. If you cancel within three days of the scheduled shoot, your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation within 24 hours of your photoshoot will require full charge for services.

In order to make the most of your time, it is important that you show up ready to go! Please have your outfits ironed and camera ready because this allows for plenty of camera time. You can bring as many outfits as you can manage in your allotted time.

All photos are edited by me using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop! No AI programs will be ran on your images.

Photos will be delivered to you as JPegs within 1-2 weeks of the photoshoot.
